These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Sourcing, including the public website, administrative workspace, browser extensions, APIs, and related materials. By using Sourcing, you agree to use it only for authorized and lawful purposes.
Accounts and authorization#
Sourcing access is provided to approved users. You must use your own account, keep authentication information confidential, use only approved devices and extensions, and notify the appropriate Sourcing administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Administrators are responsible for assigning access according to role and business need. You must not share accounts, tokens, passwords, or other authentication material.
Permitted use#
You may use Sourcing to manage approved sourcing operations, clients, projects, targets, assignments, profile decisions, QA review, administrative records, security records, and related business workflows.
Prohibited conduct#
You must not bypass authentication or authorization, access records outside your permission, probe or test production systems without authorization, upload malicious or destructive code, interfere with service availability, impersonate another person, misuse the extensions or APIs, or use Sourcing in violation of applicable law or an applicable website’s rules.
Data and content#
You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to Sourcing is accurate enough for the intended workflow and that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to use it. Do not submit information that is unnecessary for the workflow or that you are not authorized to process.
Sourcing may process submitted information to provide the requested functionality, maintain security and audit records, support users, and operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property#
Sourcing and its related software, interfaces, documentation, branding, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited right to use Sourcing for authorized purposes; they do not transfer ownership of Sourcing or its underlying technology.
Extensions and external services#
Sourcing browser extensions and API features may interact with external websites or services when you request or authorize an approved workflow. You must use those features lawfully, respect applicable website terms, and avoid collecting or submitting information beyond what the workflow requires.
Availability and changes#
Sourcing may be updated, maintained, limited, or temporarily unavailable. Features, integrations, extension packages, documentation, and policies may change as the service develops. We may add, modify, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product operation.
Suspension and termination#
Access may be suspended or removed when an account is no longer authorized, when security or service integrity is at risk, when required by law, or when these Terms or an applicable organizational policy are violated. Information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, legal, contractual, audit, or dispute-related purposes.
Disclaimers and responsibility#
Sourcing is provided with reasonable care for its intended operational purposes. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use. You remain responsible for reviewing decisions, permissions, submissions, and outputs before relying on them in business or legal processes.
Nothing in these Terms limits a right or protection that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.
