Track is intended for authorized internal operations. This page should be aligned with your company security, privacy, recruiting, and acceptable-use policies.

Permitted use

Use Track to manage approved sourcing programs, review decisions, coordinate project and target work, administer accounts, and maintain records that support legitimate business operations.

Prohibited use

  • Do not access another person’s account or share credentials.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, manipulate authorization, or access records outside your role.
  • Do not upload malware, destructive scripts, or content designed to disrupt the service.
  • Do not use Track to collect, store, or distribute personal information beyond what the approved workflow requires.
  • Do not use the extensions or APIs to violate a website’s terms, applicable law, or your organization’s instructions.
  • Do not export, copy, or disclose candidate, client, operational, or audit information without authorization.

Responsible administration

Administrators should provision only necessary access, remove inactive users, protect database and hosting credentials, review audit activity, and maintain current extension packages. Security concerns should be escalated immediately rather than tested against production casually.

Enforcement

Violations may result in access removal, investigation, preservation of relevant records, or other action under organizational policy. If you are unsure whether an action is permitted, ask the Track administrator before proceeding.
